1. Shipping Locations
We ship nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
2. Processing Time
● All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
● Karachi: 2–3 business days
● Other major cities (e.g., Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar): 3–5 business days
● Remote and rural areas: 5–7 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
● Karachi: PKR 300
● Rest of Pakistan: PKR 400
● Free Shipping on orders above PKR 2,500
5. Payment Options
We offer two convenient payment methods:
● Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash when your order arrives.
● Online Payment – Secure checkout using debit/credit cards or mobile wallets via Shopify’s payment gateway.
6. Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned. A re-shipping fee may apply.
